Was it all a LIE?
There are just those days you just not in the mood to talk to anyone not that you hate them.Applying for jobs and not being successful especially when it strikes a year can be stressful.
You just feel like closing up yourself in a cage and cry asking God why you?How comes your classmates have secured a job and you haven't.I am a Christian but I still ask God why I still don't have a job though deep inside I know someday He will do it for me.Like Jimmy gait's new hit states 'Kuna Day the Lord will do it for me,Kuna Day kenye napitia sai itakuwa #TBT Throw Back Time'.
When I listen to such a song it motivates and rejuvenates me and i want to keep applying but after sometime I get low again. This times are so hard because we are still dependent on our parents for upkeep and rent of where we stay and normally when you are done with school and you graduate you feel that you want to take care of yourself. But you can't if you don't have an income.
But friends lets keep strong in this journey, keep yourself busy attending clubs, forums or even trainings. On Friday I attended a training on c.v,cover letter writing and interview skills. The point of the training was if you have applied for many jobs and you've found no success then you need to review you c.v. and cover letter contents.
I must say I came out enlightened from the training. Most trainings are not attended for free, you pay a fee but kindly don't lack to attend because you don't want to pay,you will see the worth of paying when you walk out of the room.Such are investments you are making for yourself.
I was also motivated by some clips of people who have made it yet they are physically challenged the likes of Nick Vujicic-Evangelist,author and motivator and Jessica Cox-no arms pilot.Use what the Lord has blessed you with to progress yourself as you apply for jobs.So wipe your tears ,be strong and be encouraged. An idea could turn you into an employer, you just have to think outside the box and better still without the box.

Shalom.
