I call my mum as usual before I sleep on 21st June 2022 and gives me the news that they received their annual bonus earlier than expected. But why Munya? Over the year CS Munya has promised tea farmers of better pay but alas they receive their bonus In June when it is supposed to be released in October as the norm. Is the national elections leading to all of this changes. But why the reduction in the bonus payment.   The dollar seems to rise and as tea is exported, they expected a rise in their payments because the pay is supposedly higher. I really hope the presidential candidates this year are keen on seen this drastic drop in tea farmers bonuses. The current president uhuru Kenyatta should also comment on why the change of the prices, why the bonus came earlier than expected and why the promise from the promise from the government on getting a higher bonus rate was not fulfilled. This is such a bad feeling for all the tea farmers especially now that it is coming ...

Unemployment....aaargh!

Now that Bang Kimoon,United Nation's secretary general visited Tunisia over the unemployment saga,is UN ever going to respond to the many applications we make to them starting with internships then to their job opportunities.I have always believed that I will get a job by applying,being shortlisted for an interview then getting the position.Problem is even getting the opportunity for an interview takes forever.I don't have a godfather as many Kenyans have and i don't think I will ever have one because I got to much trust n hope in God my father. It has happened for people I know and i know it will happen for me too.I mean with God,I will land a good paying job some day.Now I am just taking my time to upgrade myself with a masters,while many people who ain't qualified as I am and maybe with no experience as I,bag the cash from their salaries month In month out.Jehova you better do it for me and many others who are waiting upon you Lord.

It shouldn't be all about experience,there's always a start anyway,the government should of creating avenues to build one's CV before the get to where many employees are looking for out there.

Even with no experience but with the know how of how to go about a task it is possible to do it and grow to be even better than that who has been in it over many years.

According to Fox News,The Pope visits War -Torn Africa.Yes we know a few countries in Africa have had war or violence in the past but it doesn't mean we still face it. Kenya should borrow a Leaf from Westernized countries

  Just look at the additional jobs last month in the U.S, while we still wailing over the unemployment menace in Kenya...are our leaders ever curious about how to get here? Will we ever get here? Guess that remains a rhetorical question as to where we stand. Last night was AFCON final game Then Kenya ’s former Gor Mahia’s coach, Ghost Mulee can’t be maintained, It has become a trend now that our football teams keep changing local coaches with coaches coming from Westernized countries. Who even decides on this?
