I call my mum as usual before I sleep on 21st June 2022 and gives me the news that they received their annual bonus earlier than expected. But why Munya? Over the year CS Munya has promised tea farmers of better pay but alas they receive their bonus In June when it is supposed to be released in October as the norm. Is the national elections leading to all of this changes. But why the reduction in the bonus payment.   The dollar seems to rise and as tea is exported, they expected a rise in their payments because the pay is supposedly higher. I really hope the presidential candidates this year are keen on seen this drastic drop in tea farmers bonuses. The current president uhuru Kenyatta should also comment on why the change of the prices, why the bonus came earlier than expected and why the promise from the promise from the government on getting a higher bonus rate was not fulfilled. God Answers Prayers

And it finally happened God came through for me.I am sure there are a lot of Kenyan youth out there who are tarmacking,day in day out applying for a job.It is disheartening especially when someone is so hopeful of something only to see that they did not make it to the shortlisted lot or when they receive a regret email.I know that feeling trust.

Just imagine God is thinking about yo,yes He has you in His thoughts ,yes you.Don't give up,keep applying,keep praying,PUSH is the word-Pray Until Something Happens.When it happens ,trust me you will see God really has great plans  for you.In Jeremiah 29:11,the Bible tells us "For I know the thoughts i think toward you,saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil,to give you an expected end " -Holy Bible NIV version.My my just what a wonderful God we have,isn't he a God of promises and His promises are true and Amen.

Surprisingly today's sermon in my church was 'God's promise of the Redeemer ' .God is never mean with his blessings and promises but His answers are Yes,No or Wait. We tend to give up on God especially when  His answers are No or wait, when we pray and we don't see God's reactions to our prayers.It may take days,months and even years and He will still answer to your prayers.God is our daddy,he listens to everyone of us as long as we take time to knock on his door.The Bible again states in Matthew 7:7-Ask and it shall be given to you,seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. Again in Habakkuk 2:3 it says "For the vision is yet for an appointed time,but at the end it shall speak and not lie.though it tarries,wait for it,because it will surely come,it will not tarry".

If only we would patiently wait upon Him.As human beings we are born to grow weary along the way,give up, find our own path of getting there and let go of God.Everyone does that but we end up going back to God. It is hard, the wait aint easy, you can imagine waiting for a spouse, for a job, for healing , for school fees, for finances , you name it ,waiting upon a breakthrough of any kind i=aint easy but if only we did our part and let the rest to god. He does it and He amazes with how He brings the breakthrough.

I plan to wait upon Him , i know he will do it for me,he will get me there. Lets lean on Him friends for as long as it takes.

According to Fox News,The Pope visits War -Torn Africa.Yes we know a few countries in Africa have had war or violence in the past but it doesn't mean we still face it. For instance in Kenya it  started from world war 1 & 2 then came the post election violence,it was tough but we overcame it.There is this thing I don't know why but Africa seems bushy and like we do not live well.I remember my sister mentioning when she had gone to visit the U.K with her hubby that people there thought they live on trees, can u just that?funny huh,I know. Kenya should borrow a Leaf from Westernized countries

  Just look at the additional jobs last month in the U.S, while we still wailing over the unemployment menace in Kenya...are our leaders ever curious about how to get here? Will we ever get here? Guess that remains a rhetorical question as to where we stand. Last night was AFCON final game Then Kenya ’s former Gor Mahia’s coach, Ghost Mulee can’t be maintained, It has become a trend now that our football teams keep changing local coaches with coaches coming from Westernized countries. Who even decides on this? Now that Kenya is an election year and the next leaders will take their seats come August 2022, it is a challenge for the upcoming leaders to work on seeing another sport bring Kenya to the Limelight in Africa let alone in the world, or should we just stick to Athletics?
